You are AMAZING! Earth is AMAZING, too! It is the only planet where life grows, and you can help some beans come to life right in your window.
Materials:
Zip Top Bags
Tape
Paper Towels
Water
Bean Seeds
Wet a paper towel and fold it into a small square. Place a bean seed in the middle and then fold that like a triangle cradling the seed with the opening at the top for the bean to sprout. Close the bag, and tape it to the window. The sun will do the rest. You don't even have to water them. The water in the paper towel is enough! They are ready when the beans break through the top of the bag.
As an extra activity, your family can each pick and name one of the beans. It's now a race to see who has the fastest or biggest growing bean!
